I can send email on my iphone 6 when connected to wifi, but when I am on mobile/data roaming only I get the following error message:
"Unable to send email. A copy has been placed in your outbox. The sender address was rejected by the server."
It is an @ntlworld.com email address, Virgin sim only deal.
Can anyone help pls?

I'd like to help you get this sorted.
Do you get any other issues when using 3G with us?
I've included a link to our email setting page here in case some settings are incorrect.
When setting up email on any iPhone I would recommend using the manual set up option.
