I am being scammed on my Virgin mobile phone by a address - quizawiun - supposedly representing Morrisons super market for £4.50 per week. I have tried to stop it, but to no avail. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

I assume you've tried responding with STOP and/or STOP ALL?
Call 789 and demand that Virgin refund the charges and block. Be polite but persistent. See here. And also here.
when you say you are being "scammed", how is this being done?
Are you receiving premium rate texts?
They often use a shortcode (about 5 numbers). Texting back "STOP" or “STOP ALL” should end the service.
Entering the number into EE's Third Party Services Checker may provide further contact information.
If this doesn’t work you can complain to PhonePayPlus - 0300 30 300 20They are the UK regulator for premium rate SMS.
