My s5 keeps freezing and is unresponsive i have factory reset it 4 times this month, wish i had never got the damn thing i wanted the s6 but the woman at virgin mobile said if didnt upgrade then i couldn't get the s6 the next month when they came out ??? Abit weird i think
I'm really sorry that you're having issues with the S5. It seems very odd that this continues to happen even after a factory reset.
Are you able to make sure that the software is up to date by going into Settings > About Phone > Software Update?
If the software is up to date, I'd advise to use our Phone Fix system by logging into your online account here and going into Plans and Devices. The phone can also be booked into our repair center if it's still having issues.
