You have sent me a pack in order to return my new Samsung phone. I have not got a new phone.
I have already got a Motorola phone which is now on sim card only.

Erm why should he have to phone Virgin to resolve this.
If he cannot call on a freephone number then it will cost him money.
This is a VM mistake so Vm should call etc

Calling 789 on your Virgin mobile is free, just as 150 is free for cable customer services from a Virgin home phone or mobile
Normally I would go with the "yeah not your problem" line previous posters have...
However if "someone in London" used your name, got a phone, and you are in a position to KNOW that's the case... and now have put it in the public domain...
You've pretty much put yourself in the firing line for debt enforcement. Its in YOUR interest (if you give a damn about your credit score) to tell VM exactly what is going on....
Personally I don't "give a damn" about my credit score so Id ride it out, but you should be aware of the implications.
