Samsung J3 problems with connecting to virgin wifi and bluetooth not working

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas how to help?  I had done all the troubleshooting for connecting it wifi however I'm lucky if it connects for 10 minutes. Also won't connect to fitbit, can't find it!

Any ideas are appreciated

Sorry to hear about these connectivity issues.

As you're experiencing a fault with the both the WiFi and the Bluetooth (they usually run off the same chip) there could be hardware or software issue causing this.

If you find that no other devices have issues connecting to you WiFi or the Fitbit device, this would also point towards an issue with the phone.

Have a look at our handset diagnostics here which should help you resolve things.

If none of the steps on there work, it will give you the option of booking a free repair (so long as the handset is within warranty) so we can get this fixed for you.
