You need to check the service centre number is correct.
Open texts, tap the 3 dots top left, choose settings, Tap on text mssgs, then service centre
the correct number is. +447xxxxxxxxxx, tap OK reboot, job done

I don't own a Samsung so it may read slightly different, but the basic info is the same, try the Samsung website or user manual
settings, messages, more, more settings, text message, message centre, enter the correct number, and select a quick Google search for you
