When I make or receive calls on my Samsung Galaxy S7, people complain that they can hear their own voice, and they find it very difficult to converse with me as a result.
If someone could help with this problem, I would be most grateful.
Are you using a phone case? If so remove it and try again
Second does it do this when you use a headset?
Do you hold the phone to your head or in frontof you, if in front, well you get the idea by now
If no improvement either way you'll need to call 789
Thank you so much for getting back to me.
I have tried the Phone both in the case and out of the case and the problem persists.
I have also tried holding holding the Phone in different positions, but unfortunately the situation remains the same.
Time to call 789 sadly
Thank you for your help J0hn.
All the best.
