Same issue at 100s of others

Got email stating is have a call back in 24 hours due to a "glitch" I only ordered through you so I could get next day delivery - as this isn't going to happen and I've had ZERO communication from you I ASSUME u are aware I no longer way this contract so cancel it - I have called repeatedly to no avail and cannot login as it says "oops..." The generic message as if my account hadn't been completely set up - I need this resolved so I can order from a company who actually deliver what they promise and can finish a transaction with SOME customer service -
