SYSTEM ERROR SO NO REPAIR TO MOBILE. DISABLED AND NEED A MOBILE
Sent mobile for repair after it stopped working on 8th May. After eight calls I am now told due to a system error it is being sent back to manufacturer and someone from repair team will call within a fortnight.
My mobile is under warranty as it is less than six months old. And I desperately need a replacement mobile.
I have told Virgin I am disabled and housebound and can show proof of this.
I need to keep in contact with my home helps and carers.
How long before I get my mobile back or a replacement?
Why will no one tell me straight. Meanwhile Virgin are still taking the money from my bank for a contract I cannot use.
