SM5 4AG Outages (2G and 3G) due to local mast issue
Bad Mobile service in my area SM5 4AG - for over two weeks, on and off, now sending / receiving texts and calls at home is a bit of a lottery. Reported twice now and was told on both occasions that it is local mast issue (intermittent outages) but the Virgin mobile rely on EE (I think) to solve the problem!!! This situation is impacted both mine and my wife's mobile service. I am sure we will be compensated in due course?!?!
How long before we can get our service working normally or should we look for another provider altogether?
