SIM probs

Just put my SIM into new phone... nothing works, cant call, text or even check balance! Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your SIM card. Is this working for you now?

You can't transfer your credits over from one SIM to another, but if you've tried this SIM card in two different handsets and it's still not working, the SIM looks to be faulty.
