I used the 'my selection' tab to try and get the right deal for my sim only requirement.
The Virgin Media website selected the best plan for my requirements.
When I add it to basket its suddenly not available and the alternative is the same price but 50% fewer MB.
So my question is how is this fair?
you might be best off calling the Virgin Mobile sales team on (freephone) 0800 052 0238 to see if they can sort you out with the best deal.
