SIM only contract

Hi,

I have a SIM only contract that's due to expire mid March. I need a new phone now and would like to continue with Virgin. Will I be able to buy a phone and upgrade my contract before mid-March? I need a new phone so if I am tied to Virgin until the end of the contract I will be minded to research other providers in the market. Thank you,

Hi,

you can upgrade within 30 days of the contract end date, so in theory mid Feb for you.

As it's getting there though and other people on this forum have reported that they upgraded sooner. I would give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they are able to offer you a deal to suit you now.
