Upgraded to a new tariff/contract and sim not yet activated.
Cant get an answer from online help because it says "our operators are busy please try later". It's been like this for 2 days. When I speak to someone from sales they tell me to ring 789 or 0345 6000 789* but how can I when my sim is not activated and I dont have access to another phone.
I have turned my phone off and on again but no joy.
Going with GIFF GAFF and cancelling the direct debits to Virgin Mobile if its not sorted out soon.
