SIM is late

I'm a new customer to Virgin Mobile and purchased a SIM only contract on 30th January.  The estimate for delivery was 3-5 working days, which has now passed, and still no SIM.

I couldn't contact web chat this afternoon as the staff were too busy.  I'm also a busy person and my only free time tonight was from 8:30pm, and of course everyone at Virgin Mobile has gone home for evening.
