SIM did not arrive

Hi Guys

I signed up for SIM only deal a week ago, but SIM did not arrive yet.

I tried to contact Virgin via chat, but it aways says 'All of our agents are currently busy. Please try again later'. I tried different days, different times of day and evenings. No luck. Not a very good service to be honest.

 

I don't have time to spend hours on the phone to them. Is there an email address I could use? I would like them to re-send my SIM. Otherwise I might as well cancel and go somewhere else.

No email address. Phone is 0345 6000 789 from landlines or 150 from a Virgin landline.

You will have to phone them anyway to cancel.

Suprise to receive your bill without even receiving the sim?

I will sit tight but does not augur well for a customer.

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your new SIM card and that you are having problems getting in touch with us to get this resent. Have you received your SIM card yet?

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. Are you waiting for a SIM card delivery as well? Please be aware that deliveries via Royal Mail can take up to 7 working days.
