I signed up for SIM only deal a week ago, but SIM did not arrive yet.
I tried to contact Virgin via chat, but it aways says 'All of our agents are currently busy. Please try again later'. I tried different days, different times of day and evenings. No luck. Not a very good service to be honest.
I don't have time to spend hours on the phone to them. Is there an email address I could use? I would like them to re-send my SIM. Otherwise I might as well cancel and go somewhere else.
