SIM card not turned up

Hi

 

I ordered a sim card for my daughter on the 21 Feb 2017 and was told it would be with me within a few days.  It has not arrived and my bill will be ready on 5 March and I haven't even got a sim to use.

I called Virgin yesterday and was on the phone to 4 different people and was told someone would call me back.  This has not happened.  Help, where do I go from here..... not very impressed so far. This is my first contract with Virgin and all is not going smoothly.

Sorry to hear about the delay to your SIM card.

They can take up to around 5 working days to arrive.

Could I check if this has arrived for you now?
