I ordered a sim card for my daughter on the 21 Feb 2017 and was told it would be with me within a few days. It has not arrived and my bill will be ready on 5 March and I haven't even got a sim to use.
I called Virgin yesterday and was on the phone to 4 different people and was told someone would call me back. This has not happened. Help, where do I go from here..... not very impressed so far. This is my first contract with Virgin and all is not going smoothly.
