SIM card not arrived!

It's been 3 weeks and I've not received my SIM card I've ordered and I've been charged the monthly direct debit without receiving it.

I can't seem to find any phone number to contact someone about this.
Hope someone can help me. Thanks

call the team on 0345 6000 789. Get them to order a replacement sent via Yodel so you have this within 24 hours Smiley Happy

Also mention the bill as well Smiley Happy They may be able to look at some options for you Smiley Happy
