Received new SIM card and was sent an authentication code. Tried to get on site to no avail.
have rung HELPLINE but they cannot help. Was told to use code to all my data up and running but
Any one out there who could offer assistance please.
From the old sim and phon text ready to 789678
should have had the info with the replacement sim sadly
Tried that first but was unable to send. So phoned helpline.
