SIM PROVISIONED

I HAVE BEEN A HAPPY CUSTOMER SINCE 5 YEARS BACK. NOW IM JUST ANNOYED.NOW MY SIM HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED 

MY SIM HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED FOR NO REASON, IT HAS BEEN UP AND RUNNING FOR 5 YEARS. I PHONED VIRGIN TODAY AND THEY SAID IT WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO? GUESS WHAT IT HAS BEEN 10 HOURS NOW AND ACTIVATION.

VIRGIN NEEDS TO SORT THIS OUT, I HAVE BUSINESS CLIENTS THAT I NEED TO CALL, THIS IS GETTING VERY FRUSTRATING NOW.
