SIM Help

Hi. My partner and I swapped sims over as he was having trouble with his sim saying it wasnt recognised. We just wanted to see if it was his phone or sim. Well now both sims are not working and I am not sure if we swapped back or not (my fault) is there anyway of telling which sim belongs to which? any help will be greatly appriciated. Thank you

Re: SIM Help

Hi Julie,

restarting your phone with the SIM in should make it search for network.

However, select your phone from the list here: Phone Support.

Once you have your phone, select Network and follow the illustrated guide.

If you have no luck using one SIM, try again with the other.

Re: SIM Help

Hi juliju719,

are both SIM's Virgin and are both phones either Virgin or unlocked so that either can use the Virgin network?

Have you tried entering the settings and manually searching for network?

What phones do you both have?
