SIM Delivery taking longer than I was told

On the 9th of January I ordered a 4G SIM card and on my account it states that it will take up to 5 working days, however I still haven't received my SIM card even though it has been a week? I am really concerned as I am now stuck without data even though the billing has started, I believer?

Well, I called the mobile team and they arranged a next day delivery with Yodel but unfortunately I missed the delivery. However calling the mobile team resolved the main problem.

I ordered one second class on the 3rd, and my wife's on the 5th. So far mine only turned up after I phoned up and asked them to send out another one. I'm not overly convinced that virgin are actually sending the postal sims out.

Someone suggested phoning support and selecting retentions/cancellations.

I called the mobile support team and was guaranteed that the SIM would be delivered by today, 17th, but as expected it has not arrived and there is no note from royal mail saying that I have missed a delivery.?

I'm guessing that as you, I and several others have not received a SIM in the promised timeframe, quite a lot has gone wrong and there is a backlog that a select few at VM are aware of.
