On the 9th of January I ordered a 4G SIM card and on my account it states that it will take up to 5 working days, however I still haven't received my SIM card even though it has been a week? I am really concerned as I am now stuck without data even though the billing has started, I believer?
I ordered one second class on the 3rd, and my wife's on the 5th. So far mine only turned up after I phoned up and asked them to send out another one. I'm not overly convinced that virgin are actually sending the postal sims out.
Someone suggested phoning support and selecting retentions/cancellations.
I called the mobile support team and was guaranteed that the SIM would be delivered by today, 17th, but as expected it has not arrived and there is no note from royal mail saying that I have missed a delivery.?
Welcome to the community and apologies for the delay getting your new SIM card. I can certainly understand the impact it's had on you. Has your SIM card now been received or are you still awaiting delivery?
