SIM Card

Help!

I've just snapped the sim card for my Pay Monthly sim by accident!! :-(

How do I report this and get a new one sent?!

Any help much appreciated!!

Hi Beeswing21,

you need to give the Virgin mobile team a call on 789 from another Virgin mobile if you have one or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.
Tell them what has happened and request a new SIM (A £5 replacement charge may apply).

You'll have to pay for postage: 99p standard or £2.99 for next day.
