No network message on samsung galaxy 5s
Shut down phone, remove battery, remove SIM, clean contacts with a dry cloth. Replace SIM, replace battery, turn phone on, report back.

Sorry to hear you've got problems with no network signal.

If you are still experiencing issues it may be down to a faulty SIM. You can call our mobile team on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789 should the steps Gorf gave you not resolve the issue.
