Roaming

I am a contract costumer and was advised that my roaming services had been activated but this is the third time I have been on holiday and I can't use my phone!!!! No doubt when I return home and ring to complain  I will be assured that the roaming services are on. I have tried all of the tips to no avail. I can't ring the number that Virgin suggest I should ring as my phone won't work in Poland.

If you can check your account on line see if international call baring is off, as this has caused problems in the past.
