I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact Virgin to allow me to use my phone whilst on holiday. I cannot register my mobile online and need someone to contact me so that I can use my phone. Need to be able to make contact/be contacted in an emergency. Abysmal service as there is no way to contact by email. Nothing but problems with Virgin's service in the 2 short months I have been with them! Will look to end contract sap when I get home as I've barely had use of the phone.
