Roaming has failed

Help Despite contacting Virgin before we left home and despite following all of the suggested fixes posted on the website my wife & I have still been unable to link to any local phone networks in Hong Kong & Singapore either automatically or manually by trying one of the list of networks that come up on both phones. We've turned phones off & back on, taken out and put back in SIM cards and reset network setting all to no avail. Are mobiles are our vital link to both home & to those we are visiting in Australia and New Zealand Wighout a working phone it is also difficult (& expensive) to contact you by telephone Could you contact us via my email to try and resolve this issue for us as soon as you can Thanks
