Hi, I have seen this in other questions. Phone 789 Virgin media tell me my phone is good for France. Text Buy 250MB for£20. Then when it is time to need to use the mobile data, it's not available. I have checked all of my settings and they seem good. Can someone please explain?
Thanks for the response. I wondered if there was a cost free method available as when I phoned twice in the UK they said it was set up for France. I was reluctant to give them more money just in case there was no result. Once again thanks for the quick response
Hi Enlli, Thanks for the reply. Went to check the settings, always worth a second check. The phone is a ZTE and the mobile network setting is to data roaming. Also checked the account settings and international calls are allowed (barring off). I also tried turning off premium and parental controls. The phone connects to the French internet by Wi-Fi. But that's no use whilst trying to get information whilst on the move.
Hi AlexKid Phoned the number +447953967967. You were right it seemed to be a setting at their end. I'm a bit annoyed as this seemed to have been missed. Thanks for the advice I will now get on and enjoy life.
