Further to your email of 4 April re incorrect charges for roaming on my mobile when I am on wifi and with roaming settings and mobile data turned OFF, your suggestion to phone you is far from either acceptable or a solution! A call from here would cost a sweet fortune since it would involve going through your answer system to select, select etc. perhaps you would like to phone me in Australia? If I do not receive a refund in my next bill I will close my account in June on my return to the UK - unless you call to discuss in the meantime? It is your choice.
