Roaming and online account

I have had a problem setting up my Virgin Mobile account so I can't change my roaming thing. I have pay as you go, do I thought it was automatically on but I've not had the text to set up when I've come on holiday. I can't call the line to set it up- is it possible to do this via email or some other way?

Sorry to hear roaming isn't working when you've gone abroad.

 

It's normally set up automatically for pay as you go users. I will send you a private message shortly (red envelope top left hand side) so we can take a look at this for you.
