Roaming-I live in Jersey & have a Virgin sim,my mobile disconnects from the network, recent fault.
New to this forum today! But have been a Virgin mobile client for 10 years+!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 & Virgin PAYG Monthly account.
I live in Jersey (since 1967) & have recently been having problems on occasion that my mobile disconnects with the network (Jersey Telecom) with no warning.
I have to register manually if I notice above.
Also, I cannot send texts to charity #'s and things like Chanel 5 competition........
Any ideas/help would be very much appreciated!

I'm really sorry that you're having issues with roaming currently. To establish where the fault lies, is it possible for you to try your sim in another phone?
With regards to the Charity numbers, do the terms and conditions of the service include the channel islands?
