Hello, I'm in the Czech Republic at the moment and although settings for my account say my roaming is on and it should work, it doesn't. What can I do now? I really need my phone to work.
if you have also checked that roaming is also enabled on your phone and you've tried resetting it and doing a manual network search.
Your only option is probably to call customer services so that they can "check" the settings on your account.
