With the new lower roaming charges for using mobiles abroad, can anyone tell me if there are charges when accepting calls from family who live abroad? Thanks

If you are in the UK, there are no charges for receiving a call from someone who is based abroad.
When you go abroad to most countries outside the EU, there is a charge for receiving calls (but it doesn't matter where the call originates from)
Basically, you call charges only depend on where you are, not where the person calling you is!

That's a good question! I'll be happy to clear this up for you. Can you let me know if your family live in an EU country? The new roaming charges only apply to the EU.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
