I'm in Vienna, with roaming turned off, international calls barring turned off. I successfully purchased 250MB -- text messages confirm so, and so does billing. However, I have no data.
I've tried the troubleshooting suggestions. Nothing works.
I tried calling 789 twice - after getting through the menu, they say they can't connect me to anyone. I try the other helpline phone number based in the UK -- the line just goes dead. Online chat is not available.
This is only my 2nd month with Virgin and I think I'm going to cancel my contract if this isn't resolved soon. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I was with O2 before and never ever had an issue roaming. I'm extremely dissatisfied and unhappy with Virgin's service.
