Rewards

I want to upgrade my phone with my rewards but the website keeps throwing me out saying 'sorry log into your account' I am already logged in to get that far.................................

Hi,

curiosity after reading your post made me want to check mine.

If I log into my account (I'm using a desktop computer so it may well be different on a phone or tablet). Then click on "About my plan" it takes me to a page titled "My tariffs and devices" and my rewards are visible on the right hand side of this page (I don't need to click on them or anything to see them).

Is this different for you?

This is exactly what I see but then you click on it and it says SORRY you need to be signed in to your account

Hi,

I would recommend calling the Virgin mobile team then on 789 or 0345 6000 789 to check your rewards & also mention the problem you're having trying to view them on line.
