Returned from Spain and phone won't connect to Virgin now back in the UK
Before travelling to Spain I switched on roaming online but my phone wouldn't work when I arrived. I had to call customer services who said it wasn't turned on on my account, even though it was showing as turned on when I logged in online. They turned it on and it then worked fine.
Since I have returned to the UK I cannot get my phone to connect to the Virgin network. I have tried taking the battery out whilst the phone was turned on several times and it's still not connecting. Been without phone for 2 days now and would appreciate a fix.
