Returned from Spain and phone won't connect to Virgin now back in the UK

Before travelling to Spain I switched on roaming online but my phone wouldn't work when I arrived. I had to call customer services who said it wasn't turned on on my account, even though it was showing as turned on when I logged in online. They turned it on and it then worked fine.

 

Since I have returned to the UK I cannot get my phone to connect to the Virgin network. I have tried taking the battery out whilst the phone was turned on several times and it's still not connecting. Been without phone for 2 days now and would appreciate a fix.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'm very sorry to hear your phone won't connect to a network back in the UK. This isn't the end to your holiday you would have wanted.

 

Have you tried to manually select a network?

 

If you continue to have problems I'd definitely recommend contacting the team on 789 from any Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

 

I'd be very keen to hear the update so please keep me posted.
