Restricted Service

My service has been restricted on same day my direct debit was due, I had to cancel my DD as I have lost my job and when I try to call 789 to make payment all I get is a message saying service is restricted please call us on 789. I have made payment via my online account and service is still restricted so can't contact customer services to have restrictions removed.

I'm really sorry to hear that your service has been restricted. It can take up to 24 hours for this to be re-instated.

hi cbcoops i have the same problem as you suspended account payed my bill late been waiting 2 days now for it to turn back on cant get them on the phone or online chat its a joke im thinking of leaving virgin its a joke.

The issue is it asking me to call 789 but when I do call 789 the message I get is your service is restricted please call us on 789.

I am calling 789 arghhh
