Some customers may not currently be able to access data services on Virgin Mobile.We are working with our network providers to fix this as soon as possible.
We'll update this thread with any further information as and when we get it.
In the meantime, you'll be able to connect using WiFi if you're at home, or if you've got our WiFi Buddy app you can see any other WiFi connections that you can connect to.
