Replacement Sim

Hi I ordered a new Nano sim for a I phone my grandson gave me, and asked to keep same number, this was done on the 27th Dec 16, called again on 30th as no sim, got sim on 31st and no service, called again and was told it was activated on the 30th at 7pm but could take 24 hours and to wait, well you guest it still no service, I cant receive or send happy new year txts etc etc not a happy bunny thinking seriously of cancelling virgin services all together after 15-20 years sad day
