Having lost my phone (with SIM), called customer services Friday to get them replaced ... was passed through to sales for new phone (ordered - it came on Saturday as promised), then back to customer services for SIM with my old number, was also promised it for Saturday. But it hadn't hadn't come Tuesday, so called again - to find that a fault had stopped the order going through. So another one was promised for tomorrow ... but again a fault stopped this. Apparently an issue has now (why not before?) been raised to deal with the fault ... and when it has been, my SIM can be ordered... But when am I going to get it?
