I had problems with my mobile account being seen as a pay-as-you-go instead of a pay monthly, I got the problem sorted out at the end of November,and it was to be resolved in my December payment, on the 2nd of December I received a text message saying "All done! You're now on our 250 minutes + 250 MB Data. We switched you over today, you can now use your allowances! ". I have received this same text message every day, sometimes twice a day, ever since, I have phoned virgin numerous times to have this resolved, and have been promised each time that it would be, I have asked to speak to a supervisor but have always had to speak to someone who speaks in broken English and it's very frustrating trying to explain the situation, the last time I was told that they would have all text notifications to my phone halted and that I should shut my phone down for an hour or so and this should solve the problem, which it hasn't, can anyone advise me on how to resolve this problem as it's very annoying.
