Refused upgrade for Vm

Been a Vm customer with 2 active mobile contracts for almost 2yr and bb for 4yr got the go ahead to upgrade early by 1 month and then got refused and got told I can try again in 90 days due to credit check and they will not even carry my contract on after 2yr is up i only asked to upgrade early as I kept getting text msgs and calls from their customer service reps

You are a victim of the now infamous Virgin credit check. This is carried out because the cost of all new contract phones are separate to your air time and are a loan agreement.

You can write to their underwriting service, but don't hold out any hopes.

Plenty of other deals out there at the moment.

I'm going to go elsewhere I am appalled by this due to they accepted the payment to complete the full contract length then refused and when I asked for a supervisor or someone above customer services team they replied with they're all in meetings!!! so 2 mobile contracts and my broadband are going to be terminated Thanks for replying enlli
