Refused Sim Contract


Went into Virgin Media shop, after being told to come back with my PAC number.

I told them that I wanted the £12 sim contract, but after taking all my details, they told me I have been rufused and the company would be in touch within next 24 to 48 hours.  This seems very weird to refused someone who has been with the same company for many years, I was first with the company when it started out with Diamond Cable, then NTL and now Virgin.

No explanation was given, except you could have a bad credit rating, which is crap as I have an excellent credit rating.

Now waiting to be contacted for an explanation in next 48 hours.

Looks like I will bw moving all my services to SKY.

Well if your credit rating has been knocked you won't get with sky either
