Refund not received

Two amounts were taken out of an unauthorised bank account, November and December. When the second payment was taken I was promised that everything had been resolved and I would have my refund in 7-10 day.....nothing refunded as yet. I requested that the call records were retrieved as this would prove that I specified which bank account was to be used, I was also given incorrect information and contract cancelled with sims unactivated / used.  How long am I expected to wait for a satisfactory resolution
