Refresh Date question on Pay Monthly

When you look at your mobile account in the early hours not long after your refresh date it tells you that you're out of data, why is it saying this as what would happen if you disconnected from wifi and used mobile Web data, would you be charged 2 pound just because the account system hadn't updated early enough?

I had plenty of data left anyway so why say no data?

The Web account has since caught up, just waiting on the my account app to catch up too.

All is fine now but always wondered about the hours after midnight after your account refresh.

The information you see on your online account is not up to the minute, so when your allowances refresh this may take some time to show.

You shouldn't find you get charged if you use the phone before this shows up on your account, but please do let us know if you experience this issue and we'll be happy to help out.
