Reception Problems ML2 Area

Recently at my house my reception has been poor to non existent at home. Regularly the phone is saying no service, emergency calls only. The only solution I have found is to restart my phone when this happens and sometimes the reception is better when it switches back on again.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 on Virgin Pay Monthly.

Are there any known issues in my area?
