Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I'm sorry to hear you can't view your recent usage. Are you getting an error message? Is it happening with more than one internet browser?
Yes I am having this problem....when I log into my online mobile account I cannot see my my recent usage. I have 2 numbers on the same account and the problem is the same for both. When clicked on recent usage I get an error message it says oops somethings gone wrong. This is on going for about 3 weeks now and I am having problem checking my latest charges on my account.
Can somebody please shed some light on this, I have reported this number of times with virgin CS.
