I have been unable to view my recent usage over the website for 2 weeks now. I simply click "View my recent usage" as I used to do, then "Oops, something's gone wrong!" message appears. I tried different browsers from both windows and ios but it's not browser related.
I saw only a few people complaining about the same problem and I'm guessing it has something to do with having 2 numbers under one account.
I already phoned customer service and they said they'll try to fix it but no progress yet. Could anyone help please?
