Re: Received pac code by text

A PAC will expire after 30 days if unused. Even if you had requested it, it's not something you need to use if you decide you don't need it.

It could have been generated by something as simple as a customer service rep entering the wrong number when another customer has asked them for their PAC.

Re: Received pac code by text

Hi Ukguy183,

Thanks for coming back to us,

This can happen from time to time and I have to agree with Gorf Smiley Happy

I wouldn't be worried too much about this but in any case, if you're not completely satisfied with just waiting, please give our helpful team a call on 789/ 0345 6000 789 and one of the team will be more than happy to clear anything up.

Keep in touch.

Ben

@ ukguy183

Have you been playing the phone version of Monopoly.

Sounds awfully like you received a "get out of jail free" text :-)
