Hi. We got a Samsung phone delivered as a gift before Christmas. On Christmas day we checked the phone and found the screen is broke. It does not turn even though you can hear system sounds and there is a crack on the screen. Called up virgin media on the phone and they advise the phone needs to have a 79 pounds repair? The phone has not even been used
